I agree there certainly is something more to this than bug 1563891. So it seems that the provider goes off checking the blacklists and maybe in some cases gets a timeout, in which case they make an arbitrary decision. The only reliable IP not rejected was in fact the one from Mexico -) - Go figure!Īs Gene stated, there is a delay in the sending process which I also noticed visually.
Five people from different countries tried (me: Mexico and others via VPN, Ping(?), Gene: US, reporter: Austria(?), Arthur(?)) and it failed in most cases, and three people (me + Arthur + reporter) did observe different behaviour on the 15-09 vs. Not sure is this might be something that an "easyname" user might need to configure to get email to send: Others TB logs attached above seem to successfully send the message but the server responds with little delay with "Sorry, this is spam". Could that be what the problem is? Also, note that there is a 23 second delay between sending RCPT TO and the "Sorry, you are spamming" response.
